We’re working with a dynamic, rapidly expanding SaaS business looking to bring authenticity back to ecommerce.

This is a chance to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, owning the entire AARRR funnel. You will be a founding member of the Marketing team and be influential in shaping the direction of the team as they enter their next stage of growth.

The Growth Marketing Manager will:

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the AARRR funnel.
• Run data-driven experiments to define new growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with product and development teams to implement and test new campaigns in order to drive the acquisition of new customers.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Essential Skills:

• 6+ years in growth marketing, with 4+ years in SaaS or product led companies.
• Deep understanding of the AARRR funnel and experience with large datasets.
• Expertise in acquisition strategies, email marketing, and keyword research.
