As they continue expanding into new markets, we’re hiring a
B2B Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale their API and automation go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a commercially-minded, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in
Product-Led Growth (PLG), a strong experimentation mindset, and a passion for helping businesses discover the power of smart automation.
�� The Role
As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing the growth roadmap for the company’s API and automation solutions—driving adoption, onboarding, and long-term engagement.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue Ops to turn features into compelling stories, drive self-serve activation, and scale demand through innovative, test-and-learn campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead growth strategies focused on API acquisition and activation
- Own onboarding and product-led adoption journeys
- Run creative, data-backed growth experiments across channels
- Identify and engage the right target audiences—technical and non-technical
- Translate product capabilities into real-world use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth, product, and sales
- Build and iterate campaigns based on performance data and user feedback
�� What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS / PLG environment
- Proven ability to scale adoption in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Strong knowledge of product-led growth and customer lifecycle marketing
- Comfort working with technical products or APIs (you don’t need to code—but you “get it”)
- Creative, experimental mindset with a focus on results
- Confident communicator with cross-functional experience
- Bonus: Experience with enterprise segments or automation tools
- Passion for AI, GenAI, or emerging tech is a strong plus
