We are partnering with a groundbreaking sustainable luxury brand that’s redefining fashion through a powerful blend of innovation and environmental responsibility. With a commitment to sourcing the world’s finest Merino fibres along the industry’s first naturally carbon-negative supply chain, this brand has rapidly garnered market recognition since its 2020 launch —bolstered by impressive growth and a successful Series A fundraise from a prominent US investor.

Beyond exceptional design, the two experienced co-founders have spearheaded a data-driven approach with proprietary supply chain technology that transforms every garment into a narrative of transparency and sustainability, from origin to creation – ensuring that each piece not only tells its unique story but also actively contributes to removing more CO₂ from the atmosphere than is produced during manufacturing.

As the brand sets its sights on international expansion, particularly in the US, you have a unique opportunity to join as the foundational growth lead. In this role, you’ll build a best-in-class team and drive the future of sustainable innovation within a well-capitalised, forward-thinking organization.
