Growth Lead (Retention)
Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000

Role Overview and Features: The Growth Lead (Retention) will drive performance in the first 3 months of the customer journey, reporting to the Head of Retention. This role involves creating a 5-star trial experience, educating customers on the benefits of fresh food, and driving loyalty through gamification and account usage. The Growth Lead will mix creativity and data to optimise the customer journey, working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Analytics, Creative, and Customer Experience teams. They will run workshops and focus groups, manage customer retention strategies, and drive performance on key retention metrics.
