We are working with a fast-growing real estate organisation undergoing an exciting phase of expansion. After a recent high-profile merger and over £1 billion in acquisitions within a year, the business is scaling rapidly and investing in brand and marketing to match. This is a newly created role, born out of growth, offering a unique opportunity to shape brand direction and events strategy across a national portfolio.

The Events & Marketing Manager will lead a broad range of national marketing initiatives, from launching new developments to delivering high-impact brand campaigns. You’ll have creative freedom to shape the strategy while acting as a brand guardian across all marketing touchpoints.
  
The Events & Marketing Manager will...
  • Deliver 7–9 new building launch events per year, overseeing end-to-end planning and promotion
  • Develop an integrated events and communications calendar, spanning networking, speaking opportunities, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding across sites reflects a unified visual identity
  • Support the Head of Marketing in building brand awareness through ATL and digital campaigns
  • Lead asset-level marketing with creative property promotions, signage, and high-quality collateral
  
Essential skills required:
The Events & Marketing Manager will...
  • Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B or property
  • Have a strong track record in event delivery and brand-led property campaigns
  • Demonstrate experience in multi-channel campaign planning and execution
  • Possess a creative eye and attention to brand look and feel
  • Be comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategy with business needs
