Role Overview

The Ecommerce Trading Manager will lead the team responsible for delivering a seamless, high-converting website experience that supports online sales growth and brand elevation. You will optimise product presentation, user journeys, and website content, ensuring that every step of the purchasing path is fine-tuned to increase conversions and sales. Managing seasonal product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilising data to continuously enhance site performance will be key to your success.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Magento, Shopify Plus, or similar platforms.

• Strong leadership abilities, able to train and develop a high-performing team.

• A data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and multitasking capabilities.
