Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager will be a key contributor in shaping our client’s digital strategy, elevating the online customer journey, and driving business growth. You will oversee website operations, ensuring a seamless experience, and lead on e-commerce trading, budget forecasting, and performance reporting. This role includes direct management of the website's roadmap, customer care functions, and an E-commerce team of two. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to achieve brand goals and evolve our client’s online presence. This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact within a dynamic, growing business.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years in e-commerce trading and online retail, ideally with a small to medium-sized business
• Experience with Shopify and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HotJar)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to collaborate across departments with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Growth-focused mindset with a passion for luxury retail
