Ecommerce Director

We are working with Global big 6 Media Agency who are in a long term strategic partnership a leading global Consumer Goods brand, and are enhancing their performance media strategy across Europe.

• Salary: £65-75k
• Location: Central London
• Working Model: 3 days in office, 2 days Home / 6 month contract

  
The Director of Ecommerce, Performance will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation within the European Market team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive media strategies, execute performance campaigns, and collaborate with 17 different countries to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
  
The Ecommerce Director will

• Lead strategic media planning and execution, connecting branding, performance media, and eCommerce.
• Manage and mentor the Director, Performance and their team of specialists across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, and eCommerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless digital transformation across WEM.
• Drive innovation and best practices in digital media strategies while ensuring knowledge sharing across markets.
• Oversee performance measurement, aligning KPIs with business outcomes and driving excellence in execution.

  
Essential Skills:

• Senior Leadership of experience in digital media and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic, and eCommerce.
• Leadership experience, including direct team management and professional development.
• Knowledge of media agency ecosystems, digital analytics, and ad-tech platforms.
• Must be able to start at short notice and commit to a 6 month contract.
