We are working with a leading design studio known for its innovative and creative approach to design. This growing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead their team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing and communication strategies, fostering client relationships and driving business development.

 

The Marketing Director will lead the external and internal reputation, ensuring their distinct presence within the design industry. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other teams to develop and execute an annual strategy that aligns with the overall business goals, setting them apart from the competition.

 

Role Features:

  • Lead storytelling and positioning for all projects, showcasing the work's quality and creativity to potential clients.
  • Foster client relationships and create new business leads through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion the business and its work.
  • Oversee strategic marketing and communication planning, ensuring coherence and alignment with business priorities.
  • Be seen as a representation for the studios’ values and culture

 

Essential Skills:

  • Experience leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Public relations experience
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver thought out strategics
  • Proficiency in planning and executing marketing events
  • Strong stakeholder management experience - looking for someone with confidence and ability to convey the importance of marketing
