Digital Marketing Manager 

London - Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)

£50,000 - £55,000 

 

3Search is delighted to be working with a nigh-growth fashion brand encompassing e-commerce, retail and wholesale. They're a brand full of personality and due to their continued growth, are looking to add to their marketing team by hiring a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business in the fashion industry and have a genuine impact on it's gorwth. 

The role will report into the Head of Marketing and has 1 direct report (a Senior Digital Executive). You will work both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team delivering digital specific campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search and Affliates. Everything is done in-house with the senior exec. doing the majority of the hands on execution and the Digital Marketing Manager assisting where necessary but being responsible for strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing strategies across multiple markets for Paid Search (Google, Bing), Display (Google, YouTube, Criteo), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and Affiliate Marketing partnerships.

• Managing and collaborating with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure effective campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.

• Overseeing creative strategy for paid channels, partnering with the Creative Team to brief and optimise creative assets.

• Collaborate with Merchandising and Ecommerce teams 

• Driving the growth of the Affiliate Marketing Programme in partnership with the PR team

• Managing the digital marketing budget

• Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other KPIs,

 

Skills and experience required:

 

• Proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and improved ROI.

• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to allocate spend efficiently.

• Experience with TripleWhale, Looker Studio and Tableau is a bonus.

• A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail/ fashion or luxury industries
