Role Overview and Features:

This is a newly created role will which focus on existing digital channels- CRM and social- but also explore and assess new digital channels (paid and SEO) for future engagement. Reporting into the Head of Digital, this role will work collaboratively with internal teams (comms, product, visual) as well as managing external agencies/stakeholders. This role is both implementation focused and strategic- it'll be a combination of being hands on regarding management of a CRM platform (Hubspot) and implementing weekly email and social media posts as well as developing digital strategies across content, social and email. You will help fly the flag for digital marketing internally and help build and develop new digital marketing strategies for the brand (including paid social and SEO).

Essential Skills and experience:

• CRM platform management- ideally HubSpot or similar
• Holistic digital marketing experience across social media, SEO and paid
• Experience implementing and executing digital marketing strategies
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep affinity and understanding of the luxury fashion sector
