We’re working with a leading integrated agency in b2b Financial Service space who are on an exciting and impressive growth journey. Looking to further invest in their Marketing and Creative Services capabilities, this is a newly created role as the business enter the next phase of their journey.

The Digital Director will:

• Work collaboratively with clients and the wider business to run a multitude of programs. . You will manage teams to ensure team members are producing high-quality outputs as well as getting involved in the execution of programs.
• Lead strategy and planning sessions with clients to understand business goals in order to craft effective marcomms strategies.
• Upsell and cross sell additional programmes and services to clients through consultation or creative ideas.

Required skills and experience:

• B2B Financial Services or Tech experience agency-side is a non-negotiable.
• This is a delivery focused role, the successful candidate will be comfortable rolling their sleeves up and do the doing.
• Commercially minded.
