Digital Content Manager
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
Location: London, Hybrid
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office
Our client is a leading international travel and leisure tour company who are well known the world over! They have a very strong online presence and are keen to bring on board an ambitious Digital Content Manager role who will be a key member of the E-Commerce & Digital Experience team.
- The Digital Content Manager will manage the transformation of the process for creating customer facing digital content, as well as ongoing creation, maintenance and build of operational and product content for brand's websites, app and other third-party sites.
- You’ll work closely with other internal teams including; Digital Experience Managers, Global Trade team, Product and Pricing Team, Tech teams and Customer Experience team to establish a new, centralised process for creating and publishing digital proposition content, whilst also managing and supporting a team of 2 content executives who create the online content for ecommerce and digital experience.
This is a great role for someone who
loves web and app content creation, and who
loves owning and managing processes for getting quality content online. It is a hands on management role, but also a great strategic opportunity to lead, create and embed a process for creating successful online content.
Essential Skills: - 4 + years in a digital content role
- Experience working with various CMS, preferably including Magento
- Experience using HTML, Photoshop and MS Office programs, eg Excel, Word
- Experienced uploading and creating digital content
- A good understanding of digital platforms, channels and ecommerce
- Comfortable working in an agile, high-pace team
- Content creation skills (writing, editing, proofreading, image/video editing to a business tone of voice/style)
