CRM Manager Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 + 10% bonus Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
Our client is a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) subscription business revolutionising how customers experience high-quality products. With a data-driven approach and a passion for customer engagement, they are dedicated to delivering personalised experiences across multiple channels. Due to company growth, they are seeking a CRM Manager to enhance their customer engagement and retention strategies.
The CRM Manager will:
Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
Optimise lifecycle marketing across direct mail, SMS, app marketing, and email.
Leverage Braze to create automated, data-driven campaigns that drive customer retention.
Collaborate with Brand, Category, and Creative teams to align messaging.
Implement A/B testing and analyse performance metrics to refine strategy.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in CRM within an e-commerce or subscription-based business.
Hands-on expertise with Braze (campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns.
A customer-first mindset, ensuring all CRM activity is engaging and relevant.
