CRM Campaign Manager – 12 Month FTC
  • Salary: £50,000 per annum
  • Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid, 2 days in-office)

The CRM Campaign Manager will step into a key role to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will own and execute strategic CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  
The CRM Campaign Manager will:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive broadcast CRM plan for email, SMS, print, and direct mail
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to integrate engaging marketing campaigns with a commercial focus
  • Lead a test-and-learn approach, conducting A/B tests to optimise performance and refine CRM strategies
  • Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality campaign execution
  • Act as the key point of contact with CRM platform providers, driving system enhancements and best practices
  
The role requires:
  • Proven experience in CRM management within a D2C or e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with GDPR and PECR regulations
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovative marketing
