Our client, a leader in cross-border payment solutions, is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join their marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to shape CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, driving lead generation and customer retention in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
The CRM Manager will:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, from conception to deployment, ensuring personalisation and performance optimisation.
- Manage lifecycle campaigns, including lead nurturing, post-conversion communications, and customer retention initiatives.
- Leverage data insights to create targeted CRM strategies that drive conversions and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals.
- Oversee A/B testing and performance tracking, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in financial services.
- Proven expertise with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dot Digital.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven segmentation and automation.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities, with a keen understanding of audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
