Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days)

 

We are working with a rapidly expanding financial services company in Central London, seeking a CRM Manager to cover a maternity leave position. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on customer engagement through data-driven strategies and personalised marketing. Our client is known for fostering innovation, encouraging collaboration, and delivering top-tier financial solutions to its clients.

 

The CRM Manager will play a crucial role in delivering email, push, and in-app communications for the Marketing and Growth teams. The role requires a strong focus on audience segmentation, campaign testing, and lifecycle optimisation to create personalised customer experiences across the business. This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative customer engagement strategies, and advocate for a customer-centric approach.

 

Role Features:

  • Oversee the delivery of BAU email, push, and in-app communications for the Marketing and Growth teams.
  • Develop and execute email tests and audience segmentation using tools like Looker, Mixpanel, and Intercom.
  • Report on journey testing, A/B campaign testing, and campaign optimisation with a focus on collections flows.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure briefs are completed effectively and on time.
  • Work with the product team to create new educational content for future email campaigns.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive/Manager (3+ years) in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a start-up or scale-up.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Intercom, OneSignal, Salesforce, Braze, Mixpanel, or Looker.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to generate and present innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, design, and product teams.
  • A passion for driving customer engagement through data-driven strategies.
