As they continue their expansion, they are seeking a CRM Lead to develop and lead their CRM function from the ground up, enhancing customer retention and lifetime value.
Role Overview The CRM Lead will take ownership of customer relationship management, driving engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven strategies. This is an opportunity to build a CRM function from scratch, leveraging cutting-edge tools to deliver personalised customer experiences. Working cross-functionally, the CRM Lead will implement lifecycle marketing campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and automation processes to maximise Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Essential Skills - Proven experience in CRM within a luxury, fashion, or D2C brand.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in setting up CRM systems and automation tools from scratch.
