Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing CRM marketing consultancy who are seeking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients in multiple industry sectors, shape client projects, foster relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business, working closely with the Managing Director.

Role Overview:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing clients' customer marketing strategies with precision and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, be adept at reporting on campaign performance, and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude. 

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients simultaneously, offering a diverse and stimulating work environment. Your role will encompass a blend of remote work, client-site visits, and collaborative work at their offices in Covent Garden, ensuring that each day brings exciting new experiences and challenges.

Essential Skills:

• Strong University Degree (Ideally 2:1 and above)
• 1-2 years’ experience in analytics or marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience with an analytics or BI tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Are process driven and organised with a great attention to detail.
• An interest and an understanding of digital marketing and CRM.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
• A can-do attitude with willingness to get on with the job and make great things happen.
