I am currently partnered with a high-growth e-commerce business to recruit a CRM Director. They are on a mission to grow out their CRM team as there has been an influx of orders coming in on a weekly basis! Joining a very well-established CRM team, you will be a part of leading the development and execution of the global CRM strategy, driving customer retention and engagement across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

We're on the lookout for someone with:

• 8+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on global, large-scale, lifecycle CRM programs.
• Proven track record in growing both engagement and revenue from CRM
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with product, design and tech teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think big picture while managing detailed execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
