Our client, an innovative, fast-expanding consumer business in the heart of London, is looking for a Creative Growth Manager to fuel their journey to becoming a global brand. The company offers a collaborative, performance-focused environment where your creativity and growth marketing insights can have a transformative impact. With a supportive team boasting over 50 years of combined experience in scaling and exiting consumer businesses, you’ll gain unparalleled exposure to brand development at a global level.

The Creative Growth Manager will:

  • Work with a mix of freelancers and an in-house team to expand creative output, scaling still and video content production.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to design and implement creative testing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Source high-quality influencers and creators to deliver impactful, brand-aligned content.
  • Support the content strategy across social media and email marketing channels.
  • Lay the foundation for future team expansion, ensuring processes are optimized for scaling.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in content scaling within consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience with design and video editing tools, such as Canva and Veed.io.
  • A keen understanding of A/B testing principles and excitement for delivering “wins.”
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, creators, and influencers.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a curiosity for understanding audience behavior.
