An exciting role for a Communications Manager to join a growing Financial Services organisation to support the delivery of the firm’s Communications strategy.

Working closely with the Head of Communications you will responsible for the firms Consumer Duty programme to ensure that the output is in line it’s obligations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyse the impact of Consumer Duty and ensure that the firms content and communications plan is satisfactory
  • Work with wider team to develop new collateral and content for use across online and offline channels
  • Continually keep abreast of new regulatory changes and work with the business to develop new frameworks to react appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for the business to proactively engage with clients in line with the regulatory framework

Key skills:

  • Experience in a regulatory environment (ideally Financial Services)
  • Experience in a similar Content and/or Communications role
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty a bonus!
