Client Communications Manager

12 month FTC

An international Financial Services business is looking to hire a Client Communications Manager to support them on a 12 month project as the business adapts the way they communicate with clients following a merger.

You will be responsible for maintaining brand loyalty, trust and reassurance by managing the communications to partners and clients and working closely with internal partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop communications plans to clients and partners to effectively explain any changes to service - mainly via email and online channels
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand changes and how to best position these internally and externally
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and seek ways for improvement
  • Support on a system migration to a new comms platform

Key experience:

  • Experience in Financial Services a must (wealth/investments a bonus)
  • Proven experience managing external change comms plans
  • Experience using CRM tools - salesforce ideally
  • Wider online Comms knowledge (website content and social)
