Marketing Manager

Up to £55,000 + bonus

Our client is a dynamic, and ambitious investment manager, being a leader in their space. They are also hugely purpose-driven, having gained a B Corp certification and won ESG awards!

 

The Marketing Manager will spearhead impactful, end-to-end campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will design, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with strategic objectives, enhance engagement, and generate qualified leads.

 

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to implement their own creative ideas, get involved with the strategy, and make a wave in the industry.

 

The Marketing Manager will:

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Create and coordinate assets across email, digital, and social platforms
  • Track and optimise campaign performance, leveraging analytics for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for cohesive, compliant campaigns
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment

 

Required skills and experience for the Marketing Manager:

  • 3+ year of marketing experience in Financial Services or Professional Services.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and strong data analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Strong organisational skills.
