Role Overview

The Campaign Executive will play a vital role in shaping the customer journey through the creation and execution of targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will use marketing automation platforms like HubSpot to develop and optimize campaigns that engage, convert, and nurture audiences across email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Working closely with the content and design teams, you will deliver personalized experiences that drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will also track performance metrics and continuously apply learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.


The Campaign Executive will:

  • Design and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including emails, SMS, and in-app notifications.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging, high-converting assets for campaigns.
  • Develop workflows and sequences based on audience segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers.
  • Oversee email campaigns throughout event show cycles, including building emails, updating plans, and reporting performance.
  • Maintain seamless coordination with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with event goals and provide a consistent customer journey.


The Role Requires:

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze audience data and create personalized, segmented campaigns.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, optimizing campaign performance, and tracking key metrics like open rates and conversion rates.
  • Solid experience in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A creative mindset and excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Essential Skills:

  • 1 + years of experience in marketing automation and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and use analytics to improve future campaigns.
