3Search are delighted to be working with an established D2C & B2C business in the wellness food space; a truly purpose-led company that puts sustainability at the heart of what they do. They're looking for an integrated Brand Manager with a passion for nutrition/wellness to come on board and help continue to drive the brand's growth and awareness. 

The ideal Brand Manager will be ideas-driven, enthusiastic and have a combination of strategic and creative experience. It's ideal for an experienced Junior Brand Manager or Senior Marketing Executive wanting to take a step up. The role will report into and work closely with the fab Head of Marketing as well as the Founder of the business. There is also a Social Media Manager in the marketing team. 

Key responsibilities:

• Brand planning - developing and implementing brand strategies 
• End-to-End campaign management across the digital and retail channels including social, POS, email, content, trade marketing and events 
• Maintaining brand alignment across channels including partner e-comm sites (Amazon), retailers and all owned channels
• Collaborating with the wider team and external freelancers/stakeholders to create a cohesive brand presence across channels
• Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Social Media Manager to identify and execute high-impact brand partnerships 
• Attending and managing trade events 

Experience required:

• Experience in brand management and digital marketing, ideally within food, beverage, or health industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• An entrepreneurial mind-set and drive to get things done.
