Bid Manager (FTC)

• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
• Working Model: Fixed-term contract (12 months) covering maternity leave

The role promises an opportunity to shape and impact their bid strategies, driving success across various projects.

The Bid Manager will:

• Lead the creation of high-quality and compelling bid and tender responses.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure proposals meet required standards.
• Track and report on tender outcomes, continuously improving the bid process.
• Collaborate with the Bid Centre on enriching the bid library for future use.
• Align all submissions with established guidelines to maintain consistent quality.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in bid management, ideally within the technology sector.
• Knowledge of best practices in bid processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to quickly build rapport with stakeholders.
• APMP or PRINCE2 qualifications (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks with precision.
