My client is a global architectural firm best known for their work in the world of sports.

 

While sports architecture remains a significant focus, they have diversified their portfolio to include projects beyond sports, such as convention centres, cultural facilities, and urban planning initiatives.

 

You’ll play a central role in their growth, improving bid delivery by managing and developing submissions, assessing tender requirements, and managing negotiations focusing on the European market.

 

The Bid Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring bid quality through reviews.
  • Manage the project teams to meet deadlines.
  • Lead the end to end management of bids.
  • Supporting marketing and business development in the Europe region.
  • Editing marketing materials and entering submission content into templates using InDesign

 

Required skills and experience:

  • As Bid Manager, you'll have experience in the architectural bidding process.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
  • Familiarity with InDesign
  • Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to have professional interaction with office leadership and clients across the globe
