The Bid Manager will collaborate with the principal and senior team to produce high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competition entries, award submissions, and newsletters. The role requires a blend of technical and creative writing skills, with an emphasis on maintaining a cohesive and consistent approach in all documentation. You will identify tender opportunities, monitor relevant portals, and compile comprehensive PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• The Bid Manager will possess excellent writing skills, ideally with a background in creative writing or journalism.
• The Bid Manager will have at least five years of bid writing experience in the architectural industry.
• The Bid Manager will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The Bid Manager will have strong copywriting and copyediting skills.
• The Bid Manager will be familiar with PowerPoint and InDesign.
