Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Location: Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle

The Bid Executive will:

• Work closely with Pursuit Leads and Managers to support bid management and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist with procurement-driven tenders, particularly within the public sector, handling questionnaires and managing queries.
• Play a key role in editing, reviewing, and proofreading proposal documents to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Support pitch presentations by coordinating materials and rehearsal schedules.
• Manage the accuracy of data in the opportunity database and track key processes.

Essential Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with excellent time management skills.
• Experience in a business development or proposal role within professional services.
• Strong attention to detail.
