My client is a globally acclaimed industry leader and offers a chance to join a dynamic team, committed to innovation and impactful projects.

With a strong presence worldwide, they stand at the forefront of environmental solutions and construction and engineering consulting making a significant difference on a global scale.

We're currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their team, playing an important role in coordinating and presenting bids for diverse projects.

As Bid Coordinator you will:

• Adhering to well-defined Group Bid Management Procedures.
• Orchestrating and overseeing mobilisation meetings, checkpoint calls, and bid evaluations.
• Efficiently overseeing the bid schedule.
• Collaborating closely with the Bid Manager, Technical Authors, and external consultants to ensure timely collection of all required bid and proposal documentation.
• Ensuring compliance and timely delivery of bids and proposals as per deadlines.
