The Bid and Proposition Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Bid and Proposition Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process and develop compelling value propositions for their clients. This role is critical in shaping winning proposals, managing complex RFPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities of the Bid and Proposition Manager - Bid Management: Lead the bid lifecycle, from qualification to submission, ensuring compliance and compelling storytelling.
- Proposition Development: Craft innovative, client-centric value propositions that highlight our AI and tech expertise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, technical teams, and senior executives to align proposals with business objectives.
- Content & Strategy: Develop high-impact proposal content, executive summaries, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Leverage insights to enhance proposal competitiveness and positioning.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine bid management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales enablement within a tech or AI-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a talent for storytelling and persuasion.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.
- Experience with bid management tools and CRM systems.
