We are working with a leading AI-driven SaaS scale-up to help them hire for their first B2B Product Marketing Manager.
The business launched a few years ago and has since become one of the most popular products in their space. They have successfully raised their Series B funding and have impressive consistent YoY growth.
This is a pivotal moment to get on board. They're expanding their B2B function and need a strategic and hands on Product Marketing Manager to define their ICP in a huge addressable market. While they've built a strong presence in eCommerce, they're set to scale into new industries as well.

About the Role:
- Understand their customers - Carry out audience research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
- Own their B2B product positioning - Develop compelling, jargon-free value propositions and messaging for key verticals.
- Lead their Go-To-Market strategy - Full ownership of positioning, planning and launching new product features and driving awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - Act as the connector for their marketing, product, growth and sales teams so everyone is in alignment.
- Sales enablement - Create sales enablement materials and execute targeted activation campaigns.
About You:
- 3-6 years experience in B2B Product Marketing
- Ideally a background in AI, SaaS or eCommerce
- Scale up stage exposure (ideally £20M+ revenue)
- Self-starter mentality, able to operate autonomously and drive projects forward
- Well-versed in the ecommerce and photography categories, and are already using and experimenting with generative AI tools.
- Strong track record supporting sales teams and working with horizontal products
- Fluent English (Native level) - essential
