This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a team working on one of the city's most iconic projects.

The Senior B2B & Residential Marketing Manager will...

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, positioning the client as the go-to destination for leasing, filming, and other commercial activities.
• Collaborate across teams to create impactful campaigns for residential sales, leasing, and commercialisation.
• Manage marketing collateral creation, from brochures to digital assets, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
• Work with agencies and stakeholders to ensure on-brand, high-quality outputs across all platforms.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in leasing, commercialisation, partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across various levels.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and producing marketing materials.
