The Role:

A proactive Associate Director/Director to help lead and expand their Munich office. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage high-value client accounts, guide teams to success, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual (German/English) – essential.
• Proven experience in PR and communications, with a strong track record in leadership and results delivery.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead from the front.
• Confidence in business development, focusing on growth and building strong client relationships.
• Maturity, accountability and a collaborative approach to team leadership and client management.
