Location - South Coast (near Brighton) 2 days in office a week.

Salary £40-50k

The Amazon Operations Manager will:

• Manage Amazon Seller and Vendor Central operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Resolve performance notifications and maintain account health.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to optimise product listings and stock levels.
• Develop Amazon and ecommerce best practice playbook and processes - with a key focus on listing optimisation, stock reconciliation etc.
• Lead and mentor an E-commerce team (4-5 people), ensuring performance targets are set and met.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and improve supply chain efficiency.

Essential Skills:

• Proven E-commerce and operations management experience, with deep knowledge of Amazon.
• Project management experience and ability to mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Knowledge of the E-commerce landscape and international marketplaces.
