Performance Marketing Lead Supplements DTC
£65,000-£75,000 + bonus 3 Days a week in the office, 2 from home I am working with a DTC Supplement business, the brand uses science and natural agents to help people with health and longevity.
Due to growth, they are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to lead the growth of the acquisition strategy across global markets. This is a strategic customer acquisition role, day-to-day execution is currently supported by a dedicated offshore team. This includes full-time team members managing Meta advertising, influencer partnerships, Google Ads, and SEO. The brand are also in the process of onboarding a TikTok agency to accelerate growth on this emerging platform.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities - Scale Meta advertising in collaboration with our paid media specialist—optimizing campaigns for a strong CPA:LTV ratio and leveraging advanced targeting strategies to reach our ideal customer demographic
- Work with our Influencer & Partnerships Manager, setting strategic direction to grow our brand through meaningful collaborations with aligned voices in health and wellness
- Oversee creative agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and drives acquisition performance
- Collaborate with our Head of Search to strategize and refine landing pages and advertorials—maximizing conversion rates and the efficiency of our ad spend
- Lead our TikTok Shop agency relationship, driving performance and brand consistency across this emerging sales channel
- Work with our Meta manager to A/B test landing pages using Replo—continuously optimizing for higher conversion rates and better funnel performance
Ideal Experience: - Customer acquisition is your superpower—you have a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands
- Deep expertise in Meta advertising, with hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns profitably across multiple audience segments
- Strong passion for DTC marketing and a natural curiosity for testing emerging channels like TikTok, influencers, and affiliate partnerships
- Strong performance marketing, with experience managing paid media, landing pages, and CRO across the full customer acquisition funnel
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong numerical skills and a solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV:CAC
