The Opportunity Due to company growth, our client is seeking an Amazon expert to drive success across multiple brand portfolios. The
Amazon Account Manager will develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and optimisation of Amazon operations.
The Role The
Amazon Account Manager will:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day operations.
- Conduct Amazon audits and margin analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, rankings, and visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage FBA shipments, and optimise demand planning.
- Analyse sales data, trends, and competitor performance to inform decisions.
- Oversee listing quality, resolve Amazon cases, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with logistics, account management, and client services teams.
Key Skills & Experience The
Amazon Account Manager will have:
- Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon.
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central account management.
- Deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, ranking strategies, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Data Dive and Helium 10 (preferred).
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
