Hi, my name is Victoria Stokes, and I’m a Manager at 3Search.
I am part of the consumer team, specialising in recruiting for marketing and digital jobs within the retail, travel, leisure and entertainment industries. This means that I partner with a variety of companies, from boutiques all the way through to global brands, recruiting for a wide range of marketing and digital roles across all seniorities.
I love my job as I get to interact with people from all walks of life, which is part of the nature of recruitment itself. I also really enjoy the challenge of helping someone find the right hire or the right job.
It’s extremely satisfying to help form those relationships and exciting to see someone succeed in their career.
If I had to give one piece of advice to candidates searching for a new role, I would say it’s important to be mindful that companies are requiring you to be in the office at least part of the working week now. There are some candidates who are only looking for fully remote roles, and this simply isn’t possible anymore. So, you need to be open and willing to explore flexible or hybrid working opportunities in order to not miss out on exciting roles.
The advice I’d give employers looking to hire is; even though there is more movement in the candidate market than there was previously, the best candidates continue to be snapped up quickly. So, if you have found the right candidate for you, move them quickly through the process. Otherwise, you’ll risk losing them to the competition.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
