Hi, my name’s Tirna and I'm a Recruitment Consultant in our agency recruitment team.
I started my career in 2021 in PR, working with luxury lifestyle brands on communications campaigns and press releases. I pivoted into recruitment in 2024, where I now focus on supporting PR and Communications Agencies with their hiring needs.
Having worked in the industry myself, I have a unique insight into the agency world. I understand the challenges that PR agencies face and the talent they need to be successful.
I moved into recruitment as I loved the relationship-building aspect of the PR world. As a recruiter, I feel privileged to be able to make connections with individuals and help people in a big way.
If you’re currently searching for a new public relations job, my best piece of advice is to be authentic. Working in PR, it can be easy to put up a certain persona during interviews. However, you should be yourself throughout recruitment processes to ensure you can make a truly informed decision about the role and the company.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
