Hi, my name is Stuart Watson and I recruit Work Winning Professionals in the Built Environment.
In my time at 3Search I have recruited for a range of businesses in construction and infrastructure, from large main contractors all the way through to small family-owned housebuilders.

The construction industry is a really interesting world that I love being a part of. It’s really interesting to hear about all of the amazing projects that people have worked on. Candidates I have worked with have been involved with big rail projects, such as HS2, and won the bid on a global head worth £450 million.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night.
