Hi, my name is Scarlett Ross and I am a recruitment consultant at 3Search, specialising in marketing roles for FMCG and consumer businesses.
I recruit for junior to mid-level marketing and brand roles, from Assistant all the way up to Senior Manager. In my time at 3Search, I have worked with innovative start-ups to find their first marketing hire all the way up to established, multinational businesses who needed to grow out their teams.

Moving jobs is one of the biggest decisions someone can make in their life and being able to be a part of that journey is really rewarding.

My top tip for those that are curious about what’s out there on the job market, scratch that itch. There are lots of open opportunities at the moment and you never know what might happen...
If you’re hiring for marketing talent, the best advice I can give you is - invest in your candidates. Whether that’s meeting the market with salary increases or improving your benefits package.
If you can’t do that, there are still lots of candidates out there, you might just have to invest in their training. Training is a good way to overcome remuneration issues in the market, especially if the candidates have all the right qualities and are a good fit for the company.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night.
