Hi, my name is Sarah Selisko and I am the Talent Director at 3Search.
My role consists of two parts. Firstly, talent acquisition. I hire for recruiters all the way through to director level for 3Search and the brands across 11 Investments.
Secondly, I am in charge of HR and People Operations. Basically, making sure that everyone across the business is happy.

I love what I do because I feel like I am building something. I love being able to support the growth of something from its early stages and seeing it turn into something profitable, whether that be a sales team or a business.

I joined 3Search and 11 Investments because I love the business model. It's a fantastic opportunity for me to be able to work with and support lots of different recruitment entrepreneurs who are building something they’re truly passionate about.
My top piece of advice for any recruiters is to become a specialist and invest in the network that you’re building. It doesn’t matter what you specialise in, but you have to be passionate about it.
The most successful recruiters truly care about the industry they work in and the people they work with. And they’re always learning. They always want to be better and do better.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
