15 years ago, I stumbled into recruitment as a plucky, wide-eyed drama graduate, and, in truth, I didn’t have a clue what I was letting myself in for. However, I quickly fell in love with an industry that creates amazing opportunities at the heart of peoples' lives.
I now work with the best CMOs, CCOs, CPOs and CDOs in the UK. I partner with a wide range of growing and established businesses across a variety of industries. We work with lots of disruptive, fast-growth start-ups and scale-ups, who need to hire great people to continue their growth journey.
I’m incredibly proud to have supported hundreds of people achieve great things in their careers; and, equally, I’ve loved watching some of my longest serving clients grow out of spare bedrooms, eventually becoming multi-national corporations.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night.
