Having worked in recruitment since 2023, my favourite part of the job is supporting candidates as they build their career. Working closely with professionals to learn their goals and matching them to their dream job is truly rewarding.
Plus, the Amazon and marketplace sector is an incredibly interesting space to work in. I love the opportunity to speak to those in the industry every day and learn something new about the busy industry.
If you’re searching for your next role, my best advice is to remember that the interview process is a two-way street and that you’re also interviewing them. An interview isn’t a test, it’s the opportunity to see if both parties are right for the other, and the company is also being judged by you. I love this piece of advice as it really calms the nerves!

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
