Hi, my name is Oliver Amos and I am a Director at 3Search. I am responsible for leading the US Staffing Team.
Having helped 3Search grow in the UK market since 2017, I am now leading our expansion into North America. I personally headhunt for senior Marketing, Digital and Communications appointments across North America.

If you're looking for a new job, it’s important for you to do your research on the business you’re being approached by. The market is extremely busy, and you have lots of opportunities open to you at the moment.
Speak to your peer group within the business rather than just the heads of the business to get a well-rounded picture of the work environment.
Given the demand for talent, employers need to remember that the interview is a two-way process. Make sure to give your applicants the opportunity to interview you and sell the business throughout the hiring process.
One thing that candidates really appreciate, is hearing about the opportunities for growth in the role, so make that abundantly clear.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night.
