Hi, my name is Nick and I'm the VP of North American recruitment at 3Search. Supporting the business as we expand our presence across the US, my role is to engage employers as they look to expand their product, sales and marketing teams.
I have specialized in supporting brands with their go-to-market recruitment needs since 2014. My extensive experience as a sales headhunter has allowed me to support a number of exciting SaaS start-ups across the US and Canada.

My role really allows me to get out there and meet the Founders and Leaders who are building the technology of the future. I love understanding the unique GTM strategies employed by different businesses and the thinking behind them. It's a truly fascinating sector.
If you’re hiring soon, my biggest piece of advice would be to trust your recruitment advisors. Too many businesses treat the relationship as transactional, but it should be transformational.
Get the most out of your recruitment partners by approaching them as a strategic partner. Ask them questions around how you can improve your internal processes, and the best ways to approach the market. That way you know, you’re not just receiving resumes.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
