Hi, I’m Matthew Stevenson and I manage the Communications practice desk here at 3Search.
I focus on senior interim and permanent Communications appointments across the Financial Services and Professional Services industries.
From internal communications and employee engagement, through to, external communications, PR and Crisis Management, I believe that Communications functions play an integral role to an organistation’s success.
No two days are ever the same and I love getting involved with big transformation projects. I'm often engaged at the very start of these projects, hearing about the challenges companies face and helping to solve them by connecting them to the right talent.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
