Hi, my name is Mark Paterson and I'm a Partner at 3Search Executive. I lead the development of the revenue operations (RevOps) recruitment team at 3Search and partner with growing businesses to identify RevOps Leaders. 

Having worked extensively in sales, marketing and go-to-market executive recruitment since 2011, I have watched RevOps evolve and transform companies and industries over the years. As RevOps has become increasingly mainstream, I have helped companies understand what they need, the best people to deliver and how to hire them. I have started to play a more meaningful role in the adoption and growth of the RevOps function and look forward to the future growth of the function.

That’s what makes my role so exciting and an area I believe I add value in.
