Hi, my name is Katie Scott and I manage the technology recruitment team here at 3Search.
I’m currently away on maternity leave. For technology marketing recruitment support while I’m away, please contact Michael Judkins or Tom Frankham.
My team recruits digital marketing roles into business-to-business tech companies. We work with a wide range of businesses in Technology, Data and SaaS. From start-ups all the way through to corporate FTSE 200s.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
